Type of Feat: Race
Prerequisite: Drow.
Specifics: This feat allows the character to use the light crossbow, rapier, and shortsword without a penalty.
Normal: A character who uses a weapon with which he or she is not proficient takes a -4 penalty on attack rolls with that weapon.
Use: All drow start with this feat but can gain other weapon proficiencies as well.
