Prerequisites: Swashbuckler level 7.
Specifics: The 7th level swashbuckler can unnerve enemies with biting insults and theatrical flair. Once per round, when they successfully Taunt or Feint an opponent, that target suffers a -1 penalty to attack rolls for 1 round. This penalty increases to -2 if their Charisma modifier is +4 or higher.
Use: Automatic when using Taunt or Feint.
