**Type of Feat:** Special\\ **Prerequisite:** Monk level 1.\\ **Specifics:** This feat allows effective use of club, dagger, handaxe, light crossbow, heavy crossbow, quarterstaff, shuriken, kama, and sling.\\ **Normal:** A character who uses a weapon with which he or she is not proficient takes a -4 penalty on attack rolls with that weapon.\\ **Use:** All monks start with this feat but can gain other weapon proficiencies as well.\\
