====== Weapon Proficiency (elf) ======

**Type of Feat:** Race\\ **Prerequisite:** Elf.\\ **Specifics:** This feat allows the character to use the longsword, rapier, longbow, and shortbow.\\ **Normal:** A character who uses a weapon with which he or she is not proficient takes a -4 penalty on attack rolls with that weapon.\\ **Use:** All elves start with this feat but can gain other weapon proficiencies as well.
